Nicole McLaren, Neighbor

Nicole is a 2002 graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, MN, with degrees in Accounting, History and Policial Science.  She also has a minor in Psychology.  She enjoys cooking, reading, researching, travel, health & wellness talks/seminars, spending time with her family & friends, golfing and helping to provide people with options in their lives.

Nicole is committed to helping others.  She has been active in raising money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities over the past 4 years.  It is her goal to raise $100,000 over her lifetime for the RMHC to provide more space for the families and children that are in need of their shelter and support.

Nicole is currently working on a book of receipes for the top food allergies, as a large percentage of people with a gluten allergy have multiple food allergies.  It is a goal of hers to provide inexpensively tasty food that will be delicious!
