Joe and Susan Saba opened the Bistro in 2009, in the former Panzanella Bakery building. Located two miles west of Valley Fair, Panzanella offers dining in the authentic dining tradition, including hot and cold appetizers such as bruschetta and shrimp, main courses of meat, poultry, game and fish, pasta dishes, pizzas, panini and hoagie sandwiches, desserts, wines and coffees.
