There's a manager who is bald headed caucasian guy, who is very very rude, I ordered my coffee he actually dropped my coffee cup on the floor and later used the same cup and poured my coffee in it, I m glad that I saw it and told him to change my cup and whenever I order my burger, the meat is always burned, all the staffs who works there looks like they are not happy to serve the customers, I m so tired of their bad attitude, I have been to so many Burger King, they seem nice , but the one in the shakopee location is the worst one !!,
