Teenager Arrested in Shakopee for DWI, Speeding, Obstruction
A 21-year-old woman was arrested and a 13-year-old cited in the same incident.
A 17-year-old teenager was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 27 for drinking and driving, according to the Shakopee Police.
Police stopped the Chaska teenager on South Fuller Street at 10:46 p.m. He reportedly refused to take a DWI test and had an open bottle of alcohol in his vehicle, which are both offenses.
Police arrested him for second-degree test refusal, third-degree DWI, underage consumption of alcohol, and for the open bottle. He was also arrested for obstruction with force, speeding, not having a Minnesota driver's license and reckless driving.

In the same incident, a 21-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on a Scott County warrant while a 13-year-old Chaska female was cited for violating curfew.
