Valleyfair for the cure

Pink Days have finally arrived! We appreciate your efforts volunteering for the 2013 Valleyfair for the Cure program! Below you will find general information we have gathered to help answer questions you may have before your volunteer shift.

You must be 18 years or older to volunteer by yourself. If a person is 18 years or younger they must have a parent/guardian there with them.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive to your shift 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember that you will need to account for time to park your car and enter the park. If no one arrives for the shift scheduled after yours, please call Jeanette Eike at (612) 300-5226. Do not leave the table unattended without notifying a Valleyfair associate (see additional contacts listed below) or contacting Jeanette Eike at (612) 300-5226.

Parking and Entering the Park

Enter Valleyfair through the main gate and proceed to the toll booth. Use attached sheet (Valleyfair for the Cure- Volunteer Information) with a valid ID to enter the parking lot at no charge. THERE IS NO BARCODE. Once parked, enter the Park through the Guest Services Office. Upon entering the office you will check in with your name and valid identification.

Guest Services will give you your Valleyfair for the Cure t-shift, Valleyfair ticket (that you can use any time before the end of the year), and a bottle of water. Then Guest Services will let you into the Park. Proceed under the clock tower and take a right where you will see the Valleyfair for the Cure booth location.

Please dress for the weather conditions anticipated during your shift.
