A busy back-to-school season may mean that parents missed the initial opportunity to sign up their girls for Girl Scouts. To make it easier for K–12 girls to get involved, Girl Scouts from Shakopee community and the surrounding area are hosting a discovery day where families can learn more about the different pathways available in Girl Scouts.

And there is a price, membership dues (not the same as troop dues) is $12, they do scholarship girls that cannot afford it.
