Tokyo Sushi and Grill Reopening Soon

The restaurant closed temporarily after suffering damage from a fire at Hops and Vines Liquor Emporium in November.

Tokyo Sushi and Grill will soon open again for business. The restaurant was forced to close temporarily when it suffered damage from a fire at Hops and Vines Liquor Emporium, a neighboring business formerly called WineStyles.

The investigation into the fire that is believed to be arson is ongoing, according to Shakopee Police Captain Craig Robson earlier this month.

On Monday, Dec. 17, the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand reopening celebration at Tokyo Sushi and Grill.
