Meet Art Crawl Artist Todd Jacobs, Photographer

“You can capture time on film,” said photographer Todd Jacobs.

Jacobs, a Shakopee resident of 21 years, is one of the over 50 artists with work that will be featured in the Scott County Art Crawl on Oct. 6.
