Chaska Valley Family Theatre is proud to present the Tony Award winning musical, "Into the Woods." Music by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine.
In the musical a baker and his wife journey into the woods in search of a cow, a red cape, a pair of golden slippers and some magic beans to lift a curse that has kept them childless. What begins as a seamless fusion of fairy tale characters in the first act quickly becomes a lesson about community responsibility and the stories we tell our children in act two. You are invited to see what happens after, “Happily Ever After,” in “Into the Woods.”
