All the lanes on Highway 169 will open soon, according to a Minnesota Department of Transportation news release.

The Bloomington Ferry Bridge project, which included improvements to the bridge and the Highway 13 and County Road 101 ramp, is almost finished.

After rush-hour on Tuesday evening, northbound and southbound traffic on Highway 169 between Highway 101 and Old Shakopee Road will be a single lane on each side of the roadway.

Ramps to and from northbound Highway 169 will also reopen: Pioneer Trail, Old Shakopee Road, Highway 101, County Road 21

All lanes will reopen on Wednesday after crews remove barriers and complete striping.

Coming up:

Starting at 10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 23, the ramp from westbound County Road 101 to northbound Highway 169 will close. It will reopen by 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 26.

The closure is necessary as crews stripe the ramp. A detour will be posted at the closed ramp.
