Shakopee Community Education is hosting a college guidance counseling seminar for high school students and their families April 18 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Shakopee High School in Room E111.
The How to Get Into College & Pay for It Without Unmanageable Debt seminar will be conducted by Alan Weinblatt and Jay Benanav, experienced college guidance counselors and coaches. They will discuss the process of searching for, applying to, getting in to and paying for college without incurring unmanageable debt.
In the current economic times the cost of college is more critical than ever before. Jay and Alan will show students and families how to find good colleges that fit the student’s, academic, social and financial needs. All families, regardless of age, will find the presentation to be informative and valuable.
Don’t choose a college without attending this seminar!
Fee: $15/family, $10/individual
