DESCRIPTION:Canterbury Park&rsquo\;s sixth annual Extreme Race Day\, Satu
 rday\, July 21\, will feature three stakes races on a ten-race program\,
  plus exhibition races by camels and ostriches.\nRacing begins at 1:30 p
 .m.&nbsp\;\nCamels and ostriches will take part in exhibition races thro
 ughout the afternoon. Camels take the track after race four (approximate
 ly 3 p.m.) and ostriches follow race seven (approximately 4:40 p.m.).\nS
 hakopee Mayor Brad Tabke will compete in the camel race&nbsp\;as will tr
 ack handicapper Angela Hermann.\nSaturday will also feature family-frien
 dly activities with free pony rides\, a petting zoo and face painters. A
 dmission is $5 for adults\, children under 18 are free and parking is fr
