"All Things Minnesota" Book Club
The "All Things Minnesota" Book Club meets the third Thursday of each month at the Scott County Historical Society.

More About Scott County Historical Society
The Society's facility in downtown Shakopee features the Stans History Center. It is named for Maurice H. Stans, a Shakopee native who was a philanthropist, advisor to Presidents Eisenhower and Nixon and an explorer. The museum is filled with artifacts and interactive exhibits that tell the story of the county and its people. The museum, which features the collections of the Scott County Historical Society (founded in 1969), opened in 1996.
