The building was built in 2004 by Scott County. One of their most notable residents, Marge Henderson, was on the Scott County Board at the Community Development Agency (CDA).
There have been a few changes to the building since its inception to help make the residents feel safe and more at home.
Northridge Court’s dedicated on-site staff provides resources, service options, and a variety of activities and events for Northridge Court’s active residents. Carol Thaemert, resident manager, handles marketing, leasing and some program activities for the residents. In addition, she also helps out with the cleaning of the building. Randal Bianchi, full time caretaker, is there every day of the week and Dave Monteith, maintenance man, is there once a week to help give residents that peace of mind.
They are located at 101 Fuller St. N across from Athletic Goods and Wampach's restaurant. Their office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weekends by appointment.
