As the year comes to an end, Patch wants to know: who do you think deserves to be recognized as Shakopee Patch’s Person of the Year?

If you know someone who made Shakopee a better place over the last year, contributed time and effort to various causes or made another important impact, nominate him or her for Person of the Year.

To submit a nomination, please fill out the form above by 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16. We will then take the nominees and ask our readers who they think should win. After the selection of the Person of the Year, Patch will run a story about the person selected.
