New Ramp Opens; Highway 169 Traffic Signal Deactivated
The ramp from westbound I-494 to northbound Hwy. 169 is scheduled to open tonight. Watch out for overnight lane closures.

The new flyover ramp from westbound Interstate 494 to northbound Highway 169 will open late Oct. 9, weather permitting.
As soon as the ramp opens, the traffic signal on northbound Hwy. 169 at I-494 will be deactivated. Motorists also should watch for overnight lane closures near the interchange as crews prepare to open the ramp.
Also on Oct. 9, reconstruction will begin on the loop ramp from northbound Highway 169 to westbound I-494. The ramp will remain open at this time, but is expected to close later in October.
