A St. Paul man was arrested at a Shakopee hotel Sunday in connection with a motorcycle hit-and-run in the Frogtown neighborhood that left a 4-year-old boy critically injured. Ernest Travis Jonas, 25, was arrested about 3:30 p.m. without incident, according to a news release from St. Paul police. A Pioneer Press newpaper reporter tweeted today that the hotel was the Shakopee Super 8:
