Obituary

James R. Zoschke, age 66, of Shakopee, died on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Shakopee, surrounded by his family. Jim was born on December 13, 1945, in Shakopee, the son of Raymond F. and Marie C. (Eitel) Zoschke.

Jim graduated from Shakopee High School in 1963. He grew up on a dairy and poultry farm outside of Shakopee. He has always had a very active role in farming and tending to the land.

Jim has seen a lot of our country due to years as a truck driver. He enjoyed antique cars, especially his El Camino and anything with a diesel engine. His passion is farming equipment. Jim has always been known for his joking behavior and his contagious laugh.

Survived by daughters, Sandra Zoschke, Amanda Zoschke, Renee Zoschke, and Jackie Roiger; grandchildren, Caleb and Kirsten, Brandon and Johnny, and Jessica; sister, Gloria Brennan; nephew, Richard Brennan. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services

Memorial Service Friday July 13, 2012, 11:30 AM, at McNearney Funeral Home, Shakopee, MN. Officiated by the Reverend Randall Romsdahl. Interment Valley Cemetery, Shakopee.

Visitation

Family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, July 12, from 5-8 PM, and Friday from 11-11:30 AM, at McNearney Funeral Home.
